At Ayodhya Prasadam Seva, we prepare and deliver fresh prasadam with complete devotion and hygiene. Our delivery services are currently available only within selected areas of Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, India.

📦 Delivery Time & Process

All orders are processed immediately after confirmation. Delivery is done through verified local partners and temple volunteers.

Estimated Delivery Timeline:

• Orders placed between 6 AM – 6 PM → Delivered within 1 to 3 hours
• Orders placed after 6 PM → Delivered the next day
• Delivery time may vary based on availability of fresh prasadam, temple timing, or weather

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a call/SMS with the expected delivery time.

↩️ Return & Refund Policy (Perishable Items)

Since prasadam is a perishable holy offering, opened or consumed items cannot be returned.

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

• Wrong item delivered
• Damaged or spoiled prasadam at the time of delivery
• Order paid but not delivered
• Duplicate or accidental payment

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days with:

• Order ID
• Payment proof
• Photo/video evidence (if applicable)

💰 Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days and will be credited to the original mode of payment.
